The recording of this album, to cassette 4-track, actually predated the start of angel on fire, but was such a stylistic predecessor that it was changed from its original (and confusing) release under jason m norwood to angel on fire, with a sympathetic remix of the entire album released on Transmission Nova.  It was recorded during a mental breakdown over 48 hours of not leaving my bedroom.  Included is a PDF file of a book of odd visual poems called “prison songs”, which was written in and around the recording of the songs.
